The
famous Viralimalai wild life sanctuary is
located in Tamilnadu near Tiruchirapalli.
The Viralimalai among other things are famous
for the Murugan Temple and the national
bird of the country – Peacock. Different
species of the peacock can be spotted here.
A lot of other birds and animals can be
spotted here. The Viralimalai sanctuary
is easily accessible by road due t o its
proximity to Tiruchirapalli. The nearest
railway station is Tiruchirapalli and same
goes for the airport as well. Many a nature
