The
Tirupati Balaji temple in the temple town
of Tirupati is perhaps the richest temples
of the world. This sacred temple is located
on the Venkatachala hill which is also the
seventh peak of the Tirupati Hill. The Tirupati
Balaji temple is considered a very sacred
temple and millions of devotees throng the
place. A queue system is followed to control
the crowds. The unique feature of the temple
is that it is so well maintained that even
though thousands of people visit the temple
daily, the place remains spick and span.

has regular train services from Chennai
