The
Purani Haveli is a building found in Hyderabad.
It is a combination of the European style
of architecture along with shades of Indian
and Mughal architecture. The Purani Haveli
was built as a residential quarters of the
Prime Minister of Muhammad Quli Qutub Shah
It is a great architectural marvel. Some
of the rooms still have tiled walls and
mosaic flooring. The Purani Haveli is now
important as it has well stocked library
and also is home to t he Mukkaram Jah Technical
Institute. An important place of interest
to the tourists is the museum with a collection
of curios of the seventh Nizam.
