Marina
Beach is synonymous with the city of Chennai.
It is a very busy beach with lot of activities
for children and grown up. The Marina Beach
has a very long coastline. Lot of small
shops selling trinkets and toys can be seen
here. This beach is perhaps the place where
most of the Chennaiites come for Jogging
and morning walks. Statues of the famous
personalities can be seen in the beach which
serves as a main source of tourist attraction.
The Marina Beach is in the heart of the
city and hence accessible from any part
of the city by a proper network of city
buses, autos etc.
